Save time on uploads: A new way to handle your artwork
Uploading your textile artwork is now easier than ever. Previously, you had to reduce your design to 8 colors and save each color as a separate layer. Now, simply upload your artwork as a single file, and our editor will automatically reduce it up to 12 colors and separate the layers for you.
Want full control over the color reduction? You can still prepare your artwork in advance, but there's no need to save each layer separately anymore—our tool handles it all. This new process means faster uploads with less preparation, so you can focus on what you do best: creating.
Expand your workspace: Edit multiple samples at once
Juggling multiple projects? Our latest platform update lets you work on several samples at once, thanks to support for multiple browser tabs. Save your progress across multiple projects and easily switch between them whenever inspiration strikes.

In addition to our improved flow, we have made naming your projects easier by allowing you to simply click on the sample name within your editor, rather than exiting your sample draft to do so.

Receive automatic email updates on the status of your customized sample. We'll keep you informed on whether your sample is in the knitting process or provide tracking information for shipment. - What happens with my remaining credits?
